This page outlines the terms and conditions for using our website and purchasing our digital content, including courses. It also explains our refund policy.

We are a small, family-run business, offering educational materials and natural health content.

2. What we offer
We provide digital content, especially video courses, related to natural health and the Budwig diet. Our goal is to make trusted knowledge accessible, clear, and practical.

All information provided on this site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Please consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or treatment.

Please note: Due to VAT regulations, our digital products are available only to customers residing in countries where we are VAT-registered — such as Poland, EU countries, UK — or in countries where no VAT registration is currently required under local thresholds (e.g., the United States). If you reside in a country outside these supported regions, we may be unable to process your order, and it may be declined or refunded. We appreciate your understanding. 2A. Online consultation (one-on-one)
Some course packages include a personal consultation with the course author or coach. This session takes place via Google Meet, and the exact time is agreed upon individually via email.

The length of the consultation is specified in the product offer. By default, every 60-minute consultation that is offered may be used:

• as one single 60-minute session, or

• as two separate 30-minute sessions.

If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance – we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please note:

• We do not record consultation sessions and ask that you do not record them either, in order to protect the privacy of all parties involved.

• Consultations are not intended to provide medical advice. They are limited to discussing topics covered in the course.

3. Use of our content
All materials (texts, videos, images, PDFs, etc.) provided through our website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, republished, or used commercially without our written permission.

When you purchase a course or digital product, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to that content.
The course is intended for individual, private use only. It may not be used as part of any commercial activity (including professional consulting, teaching, or resale), nor shared within a business or group setting.

4. Payment and access
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the digital content, usually immediately or within a few minutes.

Please note that while we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our content, occasional technical disruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as server outages or third-party service issues). In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly and fairly.

5. Refund policy
We stand by the quality of our content, but we also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund, just email us within 14 days of purchase and let us know the reason. We may ask for feedback (optional), but we won’t make it difficult.

We believe this is a fair balance between flexibility and respect for our digital content.

We may update these terms when needed, i.e. if we improve our services, change our platform, or launch new features.

Any changes will apply only to future purchases.

If you're already enrolled in a course, the version of the terms that applied at the time of your purchase will remain in effect for you.

The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page.

For transparency, we will also retain archived versions of previous terms, so you can access the specific version that applied at the time of your purchase upon request.

If any material changes are made, we will notify users by email or with a clear notice on the website.
